No less than 3 first time visits to venues this month. and I really hope I return to them again!
I'm very lucky to visit some of the best wedding venues around (I get fed well too)
Oakhill. Matlock. Peak District - May 2024
What a gem of a venue nestled in the Derbyshire countryside. Sophie & Jason had simply the best day, with an outside ceremony, and even an outside 1st dance !
The Wysteria covered gardens created the most stunning backdrop for photos, and the best day was had by all.
Rivington Hall Barn - May 2024
How have I never been to this incredible venue before? We got the perfect day for it too. A very unique place, with the most palatial prep accommodation I've ever been in. Jayne & Darren wanted a relaxed and friendly day, and that's exactly what they got. A good friend of theirs even officiated the ceremony in spectacular form. a amazing day ending with a superb confetti canon explosion on the dance floor. Working for the 1st time with videographer Kathryn Berry who captured the day brilliantly.
Wellbeing Farm - Bolton. May 2024
My 1st ever visit to this unique venue. It's rather special, as was Craig & Tiffany's day.
"1st looks" are becoming a little bit more popular and I can understand why. A lovely moment for the couple before they entered the ceremony room hand in hand together. A brilliant day with wonderful people.
Stirk House. Gisburn, Clitheroe - May 2024
Wow - what a day. We laughed so much, and the day went exactly as Beth & Jason wanted. Fun & relaxed.
One of their friends actually officiated the ceremony for them giving the day a truly personal touch. A flash-mob style 1st dance was an excellent end to a brilliant day.
Linthwaite House. Windermere - May 2024
Nestled on a hilltop overlooking lake Windermere. This venue is exquisite and very special indeed. The views, the service, the food, the staff. ALL 10/10.
It's certainly the 1st venue I've been to which has its own tarn and rowing boats !!
An outside ceremony for Vinea & Marcel, on a stunningly beautiful day, in incredible surroundings. A first class day for a first class couple.
